After a six-month planning process, Homeward, the Community Foundation, and the Strategic Leadership Team, are pleased to unveil Greater Des Moines’ five-year strategic vision plan, The Blueprint to Address Homelessness. This process, led by Matt White with Housing Innovations, builds off of the Greater Des Moines gap analysis and identifies evidence-based strategies that will be most effective in Greater Des Moines.  

Please join us as we release this vision and to hear from key leaders on what this plan means for the future of our neighbors, businesses, and our Greater Des Moines region.
