Housing Solutions Alliance
The Polk County Blueprint for Housing Solutions Alliance (HSA) is the re-imagined Homeless Coordinating Council (HCC) announced on July 31, 2025. The Alliance, comprised of private and public leadership, aims to align and leverage resources to support the activation of the Blueprint to Address Homelessness. The Alliance will also activate formalized roundtable discussions for local elected officials, community voices, and advocacy partners to continue to inform local efforts to reduce homelessness.
