Data regarding our homeless system comes from the Institute for Community Alliances (ICA). ICA provides the data management system for Polk County as well as Homeward's counterpart, Balance of State. While not all entities providing homeless services in Polk County are required to use Primary Health Care for Centralized Intake, that system is helpful when making timely decisions influencing the placement of individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
