Released on May 6, 2025, "The Blueprint to Reduce Homelessness in Polk County" is the community's five year strategic plan based on the results of the Polk County Gap Analysis. The plan represents the voices of over 250 community stakeholders who are committed to ensuring everyone has a place to call home.
